What we collect

• Minecraft usernames, UUIDs, gameplay statistics, and chat messages sent through the server or website bridge.
• Information you submit, such as donor messages, store delivery names, votes, gallery content, and staff application answers.
• Discord account details when you use Discord sign-in for an application, including your Discord ID, username, and avatar.
• Donation and store transaction details needed to verify payment, show donor entries, and deliver purchases, such as amount, items, payment status, and a Stripe checkout reference.
• Technical information used for security and site features, including IP addresses for vote/rules counters and server or hosting logs. Your browser also stores functional preferences, including the store cart and selected Minecraft name.

How we use it

We use this information to run the website and server, display player and donor features, process store orders and donations, deliver in-game rewards, respond to support requests, moderate the community, prevent abuse, and maintain payment and operational records.

Payments

Stripe processes one-time card payments. Ko-fi handles payments made through its embedded form, including any recurring option selected on Ko-fi. We do not ask for or store full card numbers on this website. Those providers process payment information under their own privacy policies.

What other people can see

The site may show player names and stats, recent in-game chat, gallery submissions, donor names, donation amounts, and any donor message you choose to publish. Do not put private information in public chat or a donor message.

Services involved

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and API. Stripe and Ko-fi process payments. Discord supports community contact, applications, and staff notifications. Minecraft skin images may be requested from Minotar. These services may receive the information needed for their part of the feature, such as a username, browser request, or payment details.

Storage and retention

Some preferences are stored in your browser until you clear them. Server, store, application, and donation records are kept as needed to operate features, deliver purchases, handle disputes, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Public entries may remain visible until removed or updated. We do not currently publish one fixed retention period for every type of record.

Your choices and requests

You can clear browser-stored preferences in your browser settings. To request access to, correction of, or removal of information we control, contact staff through the official ScaleBound Discord. We may need to verify that a request concerns your account, and some records may need to be kept for payment, security, or legal reasons.
